Why wake up at 5AM?
Scientific studies show that our brains, blood, and neurons run with more energy at this time in the morning (productivity time, 5 am to 1 pm) so putting the most important tasks during this time will be best for achievement.
Most of the time we are busy, life passes and we do not spend enough time for ourselves. The pre-routines and morning routines have to be sacred time for us. What better than 5am-6am where most of our time is for just us.
In this group you will find Dreamers who every day wake up to fight and conquer their dreams. We know it is easy for us now, but here you will find friends who will support you day by day so that you can acquire this habit.
I thought waking up at 5AM was going to be so difficult and cause me to be exhausted the whole day, but it actually turned out to be the opposite. I have so much more energy throughout the day and am way more productive. I have had time to pursue new opportunities as well as focused time for myself personally. I highly recommend giving this a shot. The first week is the hardest, but it gets much easier and is incredibly worth it. Life changing.
